Description

Panda Heat resisting Paint is applied on steel structures exposed to continues temperature of 530°C (1000°F) and peak temperature up to 650°C (1200°F). This paint is easy to apply, supplied in ready to use condition therefore thinner should not be added. Care on surface preparation should be taken. Dust, dirt, grease and mill scale should be removed, prior to application of paint.
Panda High Heat Resisting paint is suitable for hot piping, mufflers, exhaust stacks and steel structures exposed to high temperature ranging up to 1000 – 1200°F

Viscosity @ 25°C	15 Seconds minimum Ford Cup B4.
Binder Type	Modified Silicone.
Colors Available	Aluminum and Black.
Weight Per Liter	1.0 Kg. + 50grams per Liter.
Application	Brush, Spray or Roller
Spreading Rate	8 – 10Sq. Meter Per Liter.
Drying Time	Surface Dry : 1 -2 Hours. Re-coat : 24 Hours, preferably by spray.
Dry Film Thickness	20 microns per coat.
Number of Coats	2 Coats.
Finish and Gloss	Aluminum: Smooth, Lustrous.
Flexibility	Flexible over 9 mm Mandrel.
Heat Resistance	Resists continuous heat up to 530°C for long exposure when applied as a two-coat system.
Thinner	Normally thinner is not required. This paint is applied directly.
Storage Stability	One Year when stored properly in original sealed container.
