Crack Filling Epoxy Base
Description
Panda Crack Filling Epoxy Base is a solvent free, non-shrinking, two component, moisture insensitive epoxy composition.
Mixing ratio of Comp. A: Comp. B (Hardener) 1: 1 by weight
Uses
Panda Crack Filling Epoxy Base is used to fill in concrete cracks and to smoothen the surface of concrete and mild steel.
Surface Preparation
Concrete surface must be clean and sound. Cracks Should be dry. Remove grease, foreign particles and disintegrated materials. Cracks should be widened and loose Concrete removed. Epoxy filling being stronger than concrete, normally dislodges loose or weak concrete and forms a fine gap between filling and concrete, after 24 hours this should be filled with sealant type filling.
Mixing Proportion
Mix the two components equally by weight. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes its spatula.

| MIX Only The Quantity To Be Used Within One Hour: | Horizontal, vertical or overhead cracks may be filled by either putty knife, masonry tools or pressure guns (Calking Guns). Do not thin the components with any thinner, oils or resinous material. The materials as supplied when combined in equal proportion, is ready for use at temperature between 10 to 35°C. |
| Precautions | Keep the content in tightly closed containers at a maximum temperature of 30°C under proper storage conditions. Clean the tools immediately after each use. |
