Panda Synthetic Primer is an easy to apply type of undercoat for wood and metal. It is also used as surface, applied by brush or spray. It’s fast drying properties help to complete the job in shorter time, and is suitable for Metal and Wood jobs, N.C. Lacquers can be applied even after 1 hour of application of base coat.

For spray application it can be thinned with Mineral Turpentine, Petrol.
